Self Diagnosis Tip – typically when the power supply fails, you will have one of the following symptoms:
- No lights on the controller
- Flashing/intermitten lights on the controller
- Raised or distorted buttons
- Evidence of moisture behind the buttons
If you have the above symptoms you can be failry confident that the controller is faulty. It is also worth checking the power supply on a known working power outlet, and if possibe try the power supply on a known working black power cable as these can sometimes be the fault.
