In Warranty Service and Repairs
Sydney Pool Robotics is an accredited warranty agent for all the major manufacturers. This includes Maytronics, Zodiac, Fluidra, and Robo-Tek. All warranty matters can be handled in-house with no need for you to contact the manufacturer. Please ensure proof of purchase is supplied.
Scheduled Servicing
The key to keeping your robotic pool cleaner operating long-term is regular servicing. Your robotic pool cleaner is often overlooked during regular pool maintenance, leaving minor issues undetected which can then lead to expensive failures. Sydney Pool Robotics recommends that all robotic pool cleaners are serviced once per year during winter, this means your robot will be at functioning at 100% when the busy swimming season starts.
Major Repairs
Robotic Pool Cleaners are subject to harsh environments and as they age, repairs will be required to keep them operational. Sydney Pool Robotics can carry out all repairs, from track replacement to full rebuilds.

How to Book a Service
Step 01
How to Book
Simply give us a call or fill in our online booking form, once received we will contact you and let you know when to bring your robot in and the estimated wait time.
Step 02
Inspection Fee
All out-of-warranty repairs are subject to an inspection fee starting at $95, payable at the time of drop-off. This fee covers the time for disassembly and testing which is required to properly assess the required repair.
Step 03
Optional Pre Approval
With our experience in robotics repair, we can often give you an approximate repair cost without the need for a full assessment. In this case, we will give you the option of pre-approval to cover the worst-case scenario. This will speed up the time it takes to process your repair.
Step 04
Getting Your Robot to Us
Drop off and collection between 8 and 4 Monday to Friday. If you are unable to reach us during open hours we can arrange courier collection and delivery, please contact us directly if you would like to discuss this option.
Step 05
Warranties
All repairs carry a 3-month guarantee on workmanship and replacement parts. Motors and major components carry a manufactures 12-month warranty.
